Dogs Must be Licensed To obtain a license
for your dog:
- Use a separate check for dog license payment,
payable to the Town of Mazomanie.
- Send proof of rabies vaccination with license
request. Proof should include rabies tag # and
manufacturer serial #.
- Enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope with
your payment. Vaccination papers, tag, and
license will
be mailed to you.
- Mail your dog license fees to: Treasurer, PO Box
396, Mazomanie, WI 53560

Boat Landing
The Town maintains a boat landing on the Wisconsin River
A $2 launch fee is required. Annual passes for
individuals are available for $20. Contact the
Town Clerk to obtain one.
