Town of Mazomanie Permits All
building (additions, outbuildings, new
construction, rezoning, driveways, etc.) in the Town must be
approved by the Land Plan Commission, the Town Board and
Dane County Zoning. After approvals have been
gained, a building permit will be issued by the Town's

for and inspects electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.

Dane County Planning and Development (Zoning Division)
If your property is within the Lower Wisconsin State
Riverway, you will also need a permit from the Lower
Wisconsin State Riverway Board for changes to your
property such as construction, approved paint colors,
timber harvest, or other vegetation removal.
