You MUST separate and recycle glass, tin,
aluminum, plastic (1-7), cardboard, newspaper,
office paper and magazines. |

Notes:

If you received a transfer
site permit with your tax bill, the transfer site
permit fee is included on your tax bill. No
additional payment is due.

If you currently don't have a
permit but would like one, send a check (payable to
the Town of Mazomanie) along with a self-addressed
stamped envelope to: Town Hall, PO Box 396,
Mazomanie, WI 53560. You will receive a
permit within a week.

RECYCLING IS MANDATORY.
Failure to comply with recycling requirements at the
transfer site may result in loss of permit.
